Soft Tissue Mobilization

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) uses specialized tools to assess and treat areas of soft-tissue restriction. The technique is intended to help improve tissue mobility and range of motion while addressing areas of muscle and connective-tissue tension. IASTM can be combined with other hands-on treatments and therapeutic exercises to help patients move more efficiently and comfortably.
