Knee Pain
According to the CDC, knee pain is the second most common cause of chronic pain.
The knees are one of the most complex joints in the human body. There are four ligaments, muscles and a joint structure that provides stability in the knee. During the course of a normal day, the knee goes through a variety of motions. The knee is responsible for supporting the majority of our body weight and because of the work we put them through, it can result in damage to the muscle, cartilage or the joint itself. Some pain can be relieved with anti-inflammatory medication, but more severe cases may require medical intervention.
